March to the Beat of your Own Tuni-IC

Sometimes, I love to get into a funky print and flaunt my booty. Other days, I’m in the mood for something more demure; something that provides coverage for a covert French fry eating operation. The beauty of being a woman and having so many options these days means that I can really dress for my mood which, tends to be similar to the weather: fairly unpredictable.

I was participating in one of my most favorite activities: online shopping. I can't believe I am sharing this but I actually have this weird "window shopping" behavior. Sometimes I just browse and browse because I want to see what's new and other times I get satisfaction out of putting things in my cart and then not buying them at the very last second. It makes me feel like I shopped without really shopping. I think it is equivalent to going into a store and trying on a bunch of things just because. I am sure that I have some form of disorder and there is a psychological diagnosis for me but I will remain blissfully ignorant on it for today.

While I was enjoying my online shopping I stumbled on a cool white tunic from Norma Kamali on the Outnet. The Outnet has literally become one of my favorite shopping sites (owned by Net-A-Porter for those of you who don't know). They have so much good stuff (don't buy everything, save stuff for me). It was paired over black pants and a black crop top and I thought that would look so cool with some of my fitness stuff so I decided to give this bad boy a sporty look. You can wear it while doing a yoga or barre class or you can rock your sports bra in class and then put it back on when heading out the door. Now, I am officially on the hunt for more pieces like this where I can layer a sporty look into something more chic.

I paired this tunic with a very cool pair of Adidas Originals printed pants that I purchased at Urban Outfitters They don't have the pair that I purchased anymore but I linked to another pair that I love and will most likely buy after I finish this post. The best part is that they are $35. I will however say that the material isn't super thick so there could be some coverage issues, the tunic came in handy for more than one reason. Under the tunic, I decided to keep it simple for this look and I wore a Gap Body white sports bra and some knock off Birkenstocks looking shoes that I bought in Queens for $20. I'm kind of into Birkenstocks now. I think that in-spite of something being kind of ugly, when you see it so much, you get kind of conditioned to like it. It's really strange how I feel susceptible to propaganda now that I wrote that statement. I must publicly apologize to my friend who I shamed for wanting a pair and now I am featuring a knock-off look and admitting that I like them (you know who you are). My finishing touches are a Saint Laurent bucket bag that I got for my birthday from my generous and very patient boyfriend (for those of you know personally know me, you understand why I say patient...our apartment has officially turned into my office) and some Illesteva sunnies which I am obsessed with. If you didn't know, with Illesteva sunnies, you can get a funky color glass in them (like mine) and then swap them out when you are ready to get serious (never) for around $30-$35 dollars. Don't quote me on the exact number but I'm close. I tried on my tunic yesterday with some bike shorts and a sports bra and I loved that look too. I have a lot more ideas on how I will wear this puppy and look forward to sharing them with you xoxo

Don't forget KOREbyKelly class sign up is happening NOW. Scroll down for more info. Join me at class, I promise I will be wearing something cute ;)

As always, thanks Nat for the beautiful pics xo

White Haute

I'd like to start by sharing an exciting announcement, I am kicking off classes in NYC staring June 16th. Come join me for a collective experience where we will work hard and generate visible results. Hoping to have the privilege to help you transform into the best version of you. Sign up will kick off on Monday June 1st. Classes are designed to be limited in scale so snag a spot sooner than later, check the "Schedule & Services" tab for more information.

Moving on to my weekly post:

It is officially summer. Although summer is not technically in affect until June 21st, Memorial day dictates that IT IS SUMMER. While some people strictly wait for Memorial Day in order to wear white, I am a rebel. I have been wearing white all through the winter. I was actually so obsessed that I bought an avalanche amount of white pieces this past winter. It must be the Olivia Pope syndrome that we all have since Scandal, man that woman wears white well. In any event for those scared to pull the trigger PULL IT, now it's white haute season and I can't wait to see some more Olivia Pope clad ladies. One thing that I beg of you (I am on both knees as I type this) is to puh-lease get your undergarments in order. I should not see your underwear unless you are at the beach and then it is acceptable otherwise; invest in some commando, spanx or just go commando not the brand of underwear but the real meaning of the word. Use the last bit of advice very cautiously and apply common sense. There are SO many fun ways to wear white, I love to pair it with neutrals, grey (which I consider a neutral) and MORE white. It is easy to dress up this color and look chic in a heart beat.

I wanted to share a sports-luxe look that I pulled together using white and grey. I have a hard time shopping for jeans lately, my butt, thighs and waist are not on the same page so it makes shopping for jeans impossible. I opted to replace the white jeans this season with a staple white denim skirt. I decided to try a new brand McGuire (at least new to my booty) and I really like the fit. Side note, check out the Tibi Silk Crepe Camisole that Saks paired it with when you click on the link that is a MUST HAVE in your closet. You will thank me, I promise. I have one in black and I wear it to death, I plan on buying the white STAT. Instead, I paired it with a "sports bra" that can be stand alone or used as an amazing layering piece. For shock value, I have gone sans layer :) The high waist on the skirt goes well with this teeny-weeny sports bra so I am not showcasing my entire midriff (just a substantial chunk). I am pretty obsessed with the way that Alexander Wang manages to make just about anything look super cool.

I added a denim jacket that I bought from Helmut Lang a few years ago. Pretty much anything that I buy from Helmut remains in my closet for years. I added a pair of Aquazzura shoes that I bought last summer/fall (my memory betrays me sometimes). I got them in grey which I am apparently uncovering through writing this post is one of my favorite colors. I have been able to wear them pretty much every season because the color carries through. I added black tights in the winter. Had I known back then that everyone was going to go freaking gangbusters for Aquazzura I would have bought shares in the company. It is easier to find a broker free apartment in NYC in an ideal neighborhood with proximity to every train under marker price than a pair of his damn Wild Thing shoes. I speak from a resentful place as I have not had any of my "wish lists" answered on various websites where I have shamelessly begged for these. Please do not waste your time falling in love with these, my best friend was in Florence on her honeymoon and looked for me. They don't even have them where they make them. She is a very good friend, I am sure you were thinking that.

My finishing accessories were a trusty YSL clutch the "Y" is still in "SL" here. This was a gift from two of my best friends when I turned 30 and it is an amazing staple in my closet. This baby has been my date anywhere from a dinner in the city to a wedding. This clutch is clutch. They seem to include a little more 3D action on them these days. I cut my hair, if you follow me on insta, you'll see that I am rocking the "clavicut" better known as LOB and as a result I like some ear candy. I bought amazing earrings from Alex Mika jewelry, they have super fun statement pieces that are really reasonably priced. Last but not least some old Chanel sunnies were the cherry on top, they never go out of style.

With that said, I hope you enjoy the show.....

IMG_1496.JPG

Here comes my two favorite colors, Def go with a high waist when pairing this beauty with something short.

These shoes actually have a very comfortable heel...they're not just easy on the eyes but also functional!

Sexy back...

Check it out, I AM SMILING!!!! For some reason the photographer likes me to look hangry. Those sparklers on my ears get me giggly :p

Special thanks to Despina and Diane for subsidizing a significant portion of these outfits via the one too many (now that we are getting older) birthdays that we have celebrated together. You gals hook it up, don't be surprised if you get more friend requests from this post.

Thanks Nat for the great pics, lucky to be your muse xo

My Hydration Salvation

So, I generally suffer from pretty dry skin. Put me in a heated yoga room for two hours or on a treadmill at Barry's Bootcamp and I am parched. I am not only parched on the inside but on the outside too and it's almost as if I can feel it right away. My skin tends to take a toll from all of the exercising that I do and if you read my Sweaty to Swanky post (this is a quiz!) you should know that I like a good sweat sesh so naturally I need to replenish.

A good rule of thumb is to definitely hydrate from the inside out. Drink plenty of water but ensure that you are also ingesting sufficient electrolytes in order to retain fluids. Avoid sugary drinks and caffeine when trying to hydrate. When it comes to my skin, I do my best to hydrate immediately after a sweat session. I wash my face after a work out in order to clear it and avoid any break outs. A lot of boutique gyms have great face washes in the their bathrooms. If not, I like to carry some cleansing wipes like the facial cleansing towelettes that Burt's Bees makes because it is not only for removing make-up but for also cleaning your skin. I tend to rinse my face after using these when there is a bathroom/sink that I can access.

After cleansing my face, I like to use misting sprays that immediately hydrate the skin. I love to carry the Evian Mineral Water Spray with me at ALL times. It is great for when you travel, on the beach, after a work-out, to freshen up your make-up or when you are falling asleep at your desk at work. I normally grab the two pack at that very dangerous check out isle at Sephora. They know what they are doing with that travel section since their lines are usually painfully long. I always end up with something extra from that damn line. Since it comes in a two pack, I normally find one of these suckers in my purse even when I switch them up. I recently wanted to jazz up my routine so I decided to try This Works, I purchased it on Net-A-Porter and I really like that it has a refreshing scent. It contains Sea Minerals and Aloe Vera. It helps hydrate and calm any redness. It has more oomph but unless you have any issues with redness the Evian spray does the trick for a fraction of the price.

I have also been obsessed with oils for a while now. I know they are not for everyone but if you have dry skin like me, they may change your world. I love to use them post work-out, before bed and definitely before I get on a long flight. I really enjoy that radiant look that it gives me and I sometimes opt-out of adding on any make-up. Like my Evian spray, I tend to have a Josie Maran 100% Aragon Oil MINI in each of my purses (I buy things lose, lose them, re-buy them and find them all over again....it's a never ending cycle). This is infused with Vitamin E which is a great fatty acid. The best part of this bad boy is that you can use it on your hair or nails. I absolutely can not use it on my hair or I would look like I didn't wash it for 3 weeks but I love the nail touch especially when traveling. My finger tips get so dry they could be considered a weapon on the plane.

Lastly, I can not forget my hair. Poor thing, it gets the most abuse and I never give it a break. I consistently make it feel inadequate by frying, coloring and adding in foreign pieces. My hair must really have low self-esteem. I recently decided that it needed a little more love (since I was being so abusive) so I picked up some of the new Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil before I left for my Hot Yoga teacher training. Now that the sun is out with a vengeance, this is a great item to use before entering a hot yoga room, hitting the beach or when you know you will be in the sun for a while. I used it as a leave in when I was doing my hot yoga training in CR. I put it in before a hot class and sometimes after I showered.

I picked up the Oribe anti-humidite spray because sometimes I find that after I work out, I am still sweating. Even when I am showered, have make-up on and I am fully dressed its as if I am still working out. Sometimes my hair gets cray in those situations. I love this spray, I recently used it in Mexico and it kept things tight.

Post work out, I like to keep it light; either some tinted moisturizer by my ultimate favorite Laura Mercier or Amorepacific Control Cushion Creme which provides SPF 50, coverage and hydration. It literally can not get better. I learned about this from the flawless NinaBeautyWorld (from Thailand) when she was sharing all of her beauty secrets with me in Singapore a few months back. Korean beauty products are all the rage in South East Asia and now I know why. The minute I got home, I bought this. It also comes with two compacts so you get good value for your money. I really do love this product. I tend to use Laura Mercier's Tinted Moisturizer when I want just a tad more coverage. I go with the Illuminating one because I like the extra glow (who doesn't?). It is SPF 20 so you can kind of chose which to wear based on sun exposure too. They both leave you with a gorgeous dewy look. You can fake it and say you have no make-up on and its simply the endorphins from your work-out. As a finishing touch, I always carry Anastasia's Clear Brow Gel because the one thing I can not stand is unruly brows. Get it together people!

When I feel like I need some EXTRA hydration, I resort to a face mask. You TOTALLY look like a serial killer when wearing one but it is SO worth it. My boyfriend once walked in on me wearing one and I think I gave him a minor heart attack. I now ensure he is no where close to home when I use them. These were my life savers in Costa Rica. I was in a hot room about three hours a day and my face was pissed to say the least. I would use them every other night and go out just like that (when I say "go out" it was to a sober dinner at my hotel before I passed out at 9 pm) and got massive compliments on my skin. I really like to use these before a big event like a wedding, after I get off a plane and just because I like to feel like I am pampering myself. Once again you can find these guys in the evil compulsive shopper isles of Sephora. They are all under $8. I REALLY loved the one by TONY MOLY and the best part is that you get 2 of them for $7.50 which is pretty sweet.

Sweaty to Swanky

I love to sweat. Some people cringe at the thought but boy do I love a good sweat sesh. Although there are a variety of factors which affect why some people sweat more than others, I naturally get a moderate amount going. It gives me instant gratification when I am working out. It makes me feel like I am detoxing the old in order to make space for some new endorphins. It explains why I love a HOT yoga class more than cake. As much as I do <3 to sweat I also like to get a little swanky sometimes. My feet are in Nikes about 75% of the time so when I am out of them, I occassionally “slip” (I use that term lightly as it is more like "force") my feet into highly uncomfortable shoes. It never ceases to amaze me that I spend a significant amount of my net worth on shoes that will most likely distort my feet one day. If that happens, I will curse the day that Christian Louboutin was born and have a serious melt down (which will most likely involve even more sweat).

Before I share my transitional look, let's get you sweaty. Now that we have emerged from the NYC polar vortex, I like to take things outside. This work out can be a quickie, about 20-25 minutes total which is all the rage these days. All you need is a jump rope and your fine self. Weights are optional. Most women that I know (including myself), can probably improvise weights with your freakishly heavy purse if needed. A fair warning is that one should not underestimate the power of a jump rope and its ability to make you think you are having a heart attack. It is great for cardio, and it gives your calves a serious burn. I like to use it in-between strengthening movements as a source of cardio.

I tend to jump rope 2 minutes before starting, in-between moves and at the end. If you are total over-achiever, go for 5 minutes to start and 5 minutes at the end. Try to concentrate on bringing your belly button to your spine so you are working your KORE from the get-go and try not to do that double hop in-between jumps which really only makes it harder. If you do it, you know exactly what I mean. One hop will suffice. Check out my wind blown rock-star hair in the below pic.

Rocking a Onzie crop top that I can't live with out. I bought it at Bandier, they now have e-comm! The price point is amazing. I paired it with the first ever pair of printed pants I bought, also Onzie. They started the addiction. Onzie makes a different variation with the same print now. I find it so fun that you can shop on their site by prints. The light weight material is great for the hot and humid days that lie ahead. I'm also wearing a pair of Nike sneaks that are a training shoe. I do not recommend these for running long distances, they are good for strength moves and light running. I like that they are super light and good for travel.

I then chose lunges as my power move. It works your butt and legs which is all I care about after seeing J. Lo, Kim K. and Beyonce in their killer dresses at the Met Gala. You can get your arms in the mix too if you opt to bring the weights. I like 3 pound weights for this as holding up the arms in place requires more work than you think. You can do 3 to 4 sets of lunges total. Start with walking lunges to warm the legs up, approx. 16. After 16, keep one leg in front, bend the back knee towards the ground and lengthen 16 times. When you think you've had enough, go the extra mile and pulse the knee towards the ground 16 times. That completes the first side in a set. Go back to 16 walking lunges and then switch which leg lands in front. In case you are like me and use a calculator every time the check comes at a restaurant, if you do 4 sets of lunges, you are doing approximately 10 to 16 minutes of jump rope (pending on whether or not you have established if you are an over-achiever).

In regards to the lunges, keep your form at the forefront of every move. The knee should be tracking over the ankle of the front leg. You should be working the hamstring of the back leg towards the ceiling when it is lengthened. Place weight into the heel of the front leg when moving through the walking lunges. Really feel like you are activating your glutes to move. Lastly, bring the weights towards my midline and kept them in place almost touching each-other, elbows out to the side. Make sure to relax and bring the shoulders down. If you are outside, life is good so stop looking like you are freezing and let your shoulders melt down. I will also say until I am blue in the face to BRING YOUR BELLY BUTTON TO YOUR SPINE.

In this work out, you will target your glutes, quads, hamstrings and some of the lower legs. It is a great prep for tennis season to both win every game (helps you lunge for the ball) and look amazing in a tennis skirt.

The is a bit of an artistic angle and it is mid movement so I am going to reiterate that you should make sure that the front knee tracks over the ankle and you are lifting the back leg's hamstring towards the sky when lengthening (for…

The is a bit of an artistic angle and it is mid movement so I am going to reiterate that you should make sure that the front knee tracks over the ankle and you are lifting the back leg's hamstring towards the sky when lengthening (for the bend and lengthening movement). The back knee should work towards becoming parallel to the ground or as close to the ground as possible pending how healthy your knees are when bending it. Shoulders should also be over the hips so bring your trunk back a bit if you need to. Remember, belly button to the spine.

Now that I have made you sweaty, it's time to get swanky. When I sweat, I don’t look very cute. I have fine hair and not too much of it so I tend to look like a wet dog. That is why in this look, I paired a gorgeous scarf that was gifted to me by an old colleague and friend (thanks Arielle) in order to mask the mess. I am throughly obsessed with the Onzie crop top. I wear it even when I am not going to work out, I didn't get drenched in this work out so I used it in my after look. The built in sports bra makes it too easy to wear. I paired this look with some sweet overalls that I got at Zara. Natalie (photographer and style consultant) says that I need to effortlessly roll them up so I don't look like a farmer (well not in those exact words). I put on a pair of gorgeous yet painful pumps and draped a Helmut Lang androgynous tuxedo blazer over my shoulders. The final yet most important touches include sunnies, and an ever classic Chanel bag. Voila! You are now SMOKIN' NOT SWEATY.

Shoes: Christian Louboutin 2014, Overalls Zara, Blazer Helmut Lang like 5 years ago but he makes similar editions every year, check out this tuxedo blazer, scarf is Valentino and purse is Chanel.

From the Boudoir to the Barre

There are so many things that can make a woman feel sexy and something that makes me feel super sexy is working out. I love being challenged, getting stronger and breaking a sweat. The most important part of working out is that it gives me time to work on the KORE relationship in my life and that is my relationship with ME. As a result, I sometimes like to take it up a notch and wear clothes to work out in that enhances that "sexy" sensation. After all, I am on a date with ME so I should feel and look my best. Sometimes, I like to wear clothes that compliment body parts that are more toned than others like my back or stomach and in other cases I enlist the help of friends like Michi to do all of the heavy lifting.

I have a lingerie obsession so I therefore; I have a Michi obsession. Lingerie and work out clothes had a baby and named her Michi. That’s the brand in a nutshell. I had the pleasure of meeting this cool Canadian cat at Bandier Flatiron, they had a pop-up shop for her back in December. I fell in love with every single one of her pieces in her collection. I also loved that she was super chill and approachable. I will admit that her pieces can break the bank a bit but the outfits are SO easy to transition from: Barre to Bar to Bedroom (hopefully in that order) so you are really getting your money’s worth. Some of her tops are even water proof too...you're welcome, I just gave you an extra excuse in case you needed one. The one place you may lose your money is when you can’t make your class or PT session because your significant other pulls you back in bed once they see you dressed. Essentially Michi won’t last long on if you are caught before you are out the door. Either that or you will get into a fight because your significant other will think you have a major crush on someone at the gym. All of her pieces make a fierce statement that will have you looking like a confident bombshell.

You really need to put your shyness aside when you get dressed in Michi because you may get a little extra attention when wearing her pieces. She uses a little trompe l'oeil with pants that look like you are wearing a garter belt and stockings. Some of her pants have sheer panels on them, some even creeping up all the way below the hip. Fishnet is a common material in some of her pants and in a lot of her bra tops.

In the below pics, I am boldly wearing her hype bra top with her shadow leggings alone to start. I like this look for a barre class or SLT. Both methods make me feel strong, sexy and feminine when I practice. I added on a Nesh NYC top that has a sheer panel in the front which allowed the bra to show post work out and on to party mode. I added my trusty Isabel Marant wedges and an Alexander Wang inside-out bag for extra edge. I wore this outfit on a marathon day; I went to SLT in the morning, for brunch at Gemma and then drinks at the Wren and I felt great in every situation from morning till night.

I'll be writing some more Boudoir inspired pieces so stay tuned. I'm also in Costa Rica this week so I will be launching my first travel/yoga focused piece next week. Pura Vida xoxo

The Perfect Print

These days, there are endless prints to choose from in fitness-fashion. I feel like we grant ourselves permission to go extra wild with our tights, something we would't dare do with our "normal" wardrobe. Lucky for me, this is my new work/life wardrobe so I get to be a wild child every damn day. I encourage you to go extra wild with your fit prints and unleash your inner animal when you hit the gym. I double dog dare you to take that print the extra mile OFF the treadmill and out to meet friends for brunch (or even have a hottie put you into overheat post work out ;).

Although I am daring you to go wild with prints, I would say there are some general rules of thumb that I would follow similar to "don't wear a short skirt with a mid-drift top" and " it's either a smokey eye OR a bold lip during the day". With prints, you let the prints do the ALL the talking, the rest of your wardrobe should serve as back up dancers. Your shirt, shoes and jacket should not be the Beyonce, they are better off as the Michelle Williams. I think I've made my print point.

With that said, I'd like to share with you my "Perfect Print" from my newest crush "The Upside", ironically they are from the Land Down Under. This Aussie brand knows how to make a printed pant; their polka dot, cammo and leopard are all really fun to wear. I also find them extremely comfortable and they are downward dog approved by me. I paired this outfit with a good hYOUman tee that is irresistibly soft for the price point. The brand also has a great story, its founder started it in memory of his dad, the man he aspires to be. The one that I wore was super simple due to my loud pants but they have other great tops with inspiring messages such as "Thankful" and "Love Yourself". I'm definitely on board with this brand. Lastly, I paired this outfit with a pair of ecru Isabelle Marant wedges…I just can't get enough of her, I'll leave it at that. I wore my Givenchy Antigona bag (a statement on its own) and my trusty J Brand jacket that goes pretty much everywhere with me this season. Investing in nice shoes and bags while intermixing various pieces of all price points applies even in the fashion-fitness world. If you'd like to take it up a notch, pair your print with a bold lip, I chose the Cruella Velvet Matte Lip Pencil by Nars. My sister picked that up for me last year and it has been a make-up bag staple for me since. If the sun is out, I also tend to never leave home without a coffee and a pair of sunnies.

Pants: The Upside; purchased on Carbon38, Leather Jacket from J Brand last season purchased at Intermix, I got mine on sale end of season, may be worth the wait!

Shoes Isabel Marant; found these puppies on major sale via THE OUTNET, Sunnies are a few years old, Bag is Givenchy which can be found at Saks

Tee: good hYOUman; purchased at Bandier in Flat Iron (e-commerce coming soon), the sports bra hiding under my top is Without Walls from Urban Outfitters love the price and the reversible function of this bra. I bought it in black but they only have floral at this time. The BOLD lip courtesy of Nars which my sister purchased for me at Sephora

Thanks again to the ever stylish Natalie for the amazing pics. She makes amazing custom jewelry pieces that can be found on Etsy .

The "Perfect Print" will be a series where I will continue to share additional prints and how to work them into my personal style for some inspiration. Please share with me on instagram some of the prints that you rock @KOREbyKelly #PerfectPrint.

I am also in the process of booking some studios for classes starting in June so stay tuned xoxo

Work It' in your Work Out Clothes

I think that fitness has reached such an exciting point, there has never been so much variety. If you were a person who hated conventional gyms, with the rise of boutique fitness now there is something for literally everyone. If you still can't find something, I am pretty sure you can invent a new method as they pop-up regularly. The same goes for work out clothes, the consumer is no longer limited to a handful of athletic brands. All hail Lululemon who made their black stretchy pants become as coveted as some designer duds (remember the pandemonium when they faced a shortage). Never, ever, did anyone's ass look so good in a pair of work out pants. Thanks to Lulu, many other brands have risen after they paved the way. Some of this new clothes looks so good, I kind of feel bad sweating in them. There are fun prints, hilarious sayings on tee-shirts and steamy pieces that make you blush when you put them on. The best part in having all these options is that you can actually maintain your own personal style versus being embarrassed that you have the same exact lulu shirt on as three other girls in class.

As you can tell, I'm obsessed with Fashion MEETS Fitness, I am now pumped to get dressed for the gym and I feel extra motivated when I like the clothes I'm working hard in. It used to be difficult to transition from the gym into other social settings. Now, I am always hopeful to have plans directly after my work out so I can flaunt some of my favorite pieces.

I'll be sharing with you some of my favorite brands and how to style them for beyond your sweat sesh. For my first post, I wanted to share with you a look that you can take from the gym to either a casual work setting or a fun afternoon with friends.

This is a sexy Without Walls jumpsuit that I got on crazy sale at Urban Outfitters, I love the active wear that they carry. They no longer have this one but my other favorite site Carbon38 has plenty of sexy jumpsuits to pick from. This is a great f…

They no longer have this one but my other favorite site Carbon38 has plenty of sexy jumpsuits to pick from. Using the jumpsuit as a foundation, I added an oversized white shirt dress. I also got this on sale at Urban Outfitters, they have a few styles you can select from. I belted the dress to show the waist that I am working so hard to keep with a Helmut Lang black belt. I added my trusty J Brand leather jacket and Isabel Marant sneakers for a little more edge. My Celine bag (that traveled all the way from Singapore to NY when I first purchased it) was the cherry on top of this killer look.

Let me know if there are specific items that you would like to see styled and I can add them in the mix! Expect a weekly post on fashion, fitness, food or travel. Live life to the KORE!

Many thanks to Natalie who collaborates with me on the styling and is my killer photographer. She makes amazing custom jewelry pieces that can be found on Etsy . You will see some of her pieces in upcoming posts!

Hope you enjoyed my first post xoxo
